Tamperproof Thermostats
Tamperproof thermostats are pre-set and cannot be tampered with, so it is impossible to have the incorrect setting. Installation is simple and quick by screw terminals (up to 2,5mm²) and using a din-rail clip feature. Two (dual) tamperproof thermostats in the one housing allow independent control of heating and cooling from the one unit.

The 01163.0-00 is a tamper-proof dual Thermostat Contact Breaker (NC) with thermostatic bimetal sensor element. It is used for regulating heaters or for switching signal devices when temperature has fallen below the minimum value. The contact opens when temperature is rising.
